How to Submit Images

1. All images must be submitted via e-mail to suestookey@att.net.
2. Exactly three artwork photos and one booth display photo should be submitted.
3. File Format: Save images as JPEG files.
4. File Names: Name the files with your last name, followed by a 2-digit number. For example: stookey01.jpg, stookey02.jpg.
5. Image Quality & Size: If you have an option of what image quality to use when saving, choose a lower setting such as Medium. Choosing a higher quality will not effect how your image looks on screen, and will only make your file larger and take longer to transmit.
6. Image Size: No smaller than 800 x 600 or larger than 1024 x 768.
7. Color Space: If your photo was shot as a JPG you do not need to worry about the color space. If you shot in Raw mode or scanned your photo, convert your file to the sRGB color format and embed the color profile with your JPG.
