- July 10, 2010 - Acceptance notification (invitations) & contracts emailed
- July 17, 2010 - Deadline (postmark date) for booth fee check (made out to Stookey Companies) & contract
- September 1, 2010 - Cancellation deadline (can cancel by this date with full refund less $50 fee, after this date - no refunds made)
- Setup time - Saturday, October 9, 2010 -7-10 am
- Show dates/times -
Saturday, October 9, 2010: 10 am - 5 pm
