ENTRY FEES & CRITERIA

Jury fee of $25 per medium (due with application)
Corner location is an additional $55.

Single booth, indoors: $285 ($320 w/ elec.)
Single booth, outdoors: $285
1 1/2 booth, indoors: $428 ($480 w/ elec.)
1 1/2 booth, outdoors: $428
Double booth, indoors: $570 ($640 w/ elec.)
Double booth, outdoors: $570
CALENDAR
  • March 1, 2010 (11:59 pm CST) -- Application deadline (ZAPP online application). and nonrefundable jury fee payment deadline (postmark date if paying jury fee by check)
  • March 20, 2010 -- Acceptance notifications (invitations) & contracts emailed
  • April 1, 2010 -- Deadline (postmark date) for booth fee check (made out to Stookey Companies) & contract
  • May 1, 2010 -- Cancellation deadline (can cancel by this date with full refund less $50 fee; after this date--no refunds made)
  • Set-up times -- Friday, June 25, 2010: 4-8 pm; Saturday, June 26, 2010: 7-10 am
  • Show dates/times -- Saturday, June 26, 2010: 10 am-6 pm; Sunday, June 27, 2010: 10 am-5 pm
